Cambrian Centre Newsletter

The Youth Enquiry Service Mobile Bus is visiting the Cambrian Community Centre.

 

On Wednesday 29th October from 11:30am-2:30pm the bus will be parked outside the Cambrian Community Centre. Staff will be on hand to offer information, advice , guidance and sigh-posting on a range of issues relating to young people.

 

The bus facilities includes:

 

* TV (with DVD and laptop connectivity)

* Laptop with internet access

*Bluetooth speaker and radio

* Experienced staff

* Board Games

* Computer console

* CCard Service (including chlamydia screening)

  • Smoking and alcohol awareness

The Real Junk Food Project is also providing a hot lunch within the Cambrian Community Centre on the day from 11:30am-1:30pm on a pay as you feel basis for a 3 course meal. There will also be a surplus food table throughout the day.

 

If you have a young person who is in need of help, support and guidance or you would like to know about the youth services that are available in the local area this is a great service to make contact with.
