Online Activities During Lockdown

We have arranged a range of activities online for people to enjoy. These are delivered via Zoom and you will need to contact us to request a meeting link to access the sessions

Gym Sessions

General strength routine with Victoria - Tuesdays 10 am - 45 min session

Legs Bums and Tums with Paul - Thursdays 10.30am - 45 min session

General chat (gym/exercise advice) with Melissa from 10am Saturdays

We are considering making some short videos in response to particular requests/issues. If you would like some bespoke exercise advice and maybe a short video to outline any suggested exercise programme please let us know.

Centre sessions-

Tai Chi with Paul - Mondays 3-4pm

Choir with Deirdre - Mondays 12.30am-2.30pm (starts Jan 18th)  

Gentle Yoga with Noreen - Tuesdays 11.30-12.30pm

Creative Writing with Gwen - (1st Tues of the month)

Ukulele with Nicos - Thursdays 8pm

Drawing with Claire  - Fridays 10am and 1pm.

All of these sessions have a (minimal) fee to attend.
