Privacy Statement of the Cambrian Community Centre

The Cambrian Community Centre (CCC) takes your privacy seriously.

This statement explains what personal information the CCC collects and how it is kept safe.

With consent, the CCC collects contact, attendance and other appropriate details from users, hirers and interested parties.  These details are used to manage and improve the Centre’s work, to send out news and other information about activities and to contact users in the event of a change to our programme.

In addition, if you use the gym, a health questionnaire will need to be completed.  If you have been referred to the gym by your doctor, physiotherapist or other professional the CCC will hold any information sent through the referral process.  This information may be used to plan an appropriate exercise programme or in the case of a medical emergency.

Personal information is kept secure by using locked storage and/or password protected computers that have additional security measures.  The CCC will dispose of information securely when it is no longer needed.  The CCC does not hold any bank or credit card data in its databases.

The CCC will not pass any of your information to anyone else unless you have given CCC specific permission to do so.

We do not collect information automatically from our web site visitors.

It is important that your information is kept up to date and the CCC will update records when informed of any changes to contact details or health information.

You can request to see what information the CCC holds about you by contacting the manager by email – manager@cambriancentre.org, phone 020 8948 3351 or at 1 Grove Road, Richmond Surrey TW10 6SN.  The manager should also be contacted if you wish to withdraw consent.
