We are very pleased to be able to offer some online activities whilst the Centre is closed. These include three regular weekly gym sessions with members of the gym team as well as a wide variety of group activities. These are all listed below. To access sessions please email us indicating which session (s) you are interested in and we will then email you a link to the relevant activity.
“Gym” sessions– Paul’s Tai Chi and exercise chat 2.45pm Mondays, Victoria’s exercise advice and exercise sessions 10am Fridays or Stretch and bend with Melissa 11am Saturdays. (All free to gym members)
Centre sessions– Choir with Deirdre Mondays 12.30am, Gentle Yoga with Noreen Tuesdays 11.30, Creative Writing with Gwen (1st Tues of the month) time TBC, Ukulele with Nicos Thursdays 8pm, Drawing with Claire Fridays 10am. All of these sessions have a (minimal) fee to attend.
