As before we have a range of activities online for people to enjoy. These are delivered via Zoom and you will need to contact us to request a meeting link to access the sessions.
General strength routine with Victoria – Tuesdays 10 am – 45 min session
Legs Bums and Tums with Paul – Thursdays 10.30am – 45 min session
General chat (gym/exercise advice) with Melissa from 10am Saturdays
We are considering making some short videos in response to particular requests/issues. If you would like some bespoke exercise advice and maybe a short video to outline any suggested exercise programme please let us know.

Drawing with Claire Fridays 10am and 1pm.
All of these sessions have a (minimal) fee to attend.
