Our community centres help create strong and inclusive communities.

Friday at the Cambrian Community Centre & Gym illustrates how we support all ages within the community. From activities for the under 5's and an inclusive and active Bridge group to our weekly Cardiac Circuit Class we have something for everyone!

Our Centre Manager David can provide you with all the information you would need about our Community Activities Programme, our Gym, our rooms for hire (children always have birthdays or planning for a large family get together and need space and a kitchen) and the other organisations that run activities from the Centre.

Thursdays at the Cambrian Community Centre are full of possibilities, not only do we have a Gentle Weights class that runs weekly, the gym is open from 9am - 5pm and on Thursday afternoons there is a social Walk & Talk at 2pm led by the wonderful Ian.

Mid Week Madness!

Activities, events and opportunities within your local community centre.

Wednesday each week sees the Cambrian Community Centre transformed into a community cafe under the direction of the Real Junk Food Project.

This affordable lunch option is available to the whole community, bring your friends, make it a weekly social and find out more about the other activities that go on at the Centre throughout the week.

If you live in the TW10 or TW9 areas we are your local community centre. Just to be different we also have a small and friendly community gym.

We have a large number of activities for the community to access on a Tuesday they are yoga, creative writing, table tennis and a social afternoon.
